About Us

Did you Know? Dunkin' Brands, Inc. is one of the Best Places to Work in Massachusetts, according to the Boston Business Journal.

Corporate Outreach

Dunkin' Brands supports charity and community involvement at all levels of our business, from our corporate offices and employees to our franchisees and their employees. We are dedicated to our customers and the communities in which they live. After all, we live there too.

Dunkin' Brands' Corporate/Employee Giving
We and our corporate employees give back to community service organizations across the United States through support of the United Way of America (UWA). UWA's mission is to respond to, support, and serve local United Way member organizations to help increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another. Dunkin' Brands matches its employees' voluntary contributions to UWA dollar for dollar.

Environmental Responsibility
As the franchisor of Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, and Togo's, we strive to ensure that our products, systems, retail concepts, and suppliers comply with applicable local and federal environmental regulations in the states and countries in which we operate.

Our franchisees and international licensees own and operate their stores independently. Dunkin' Brands' franchise and license agreements require compliance with environmental and other regulations in the states and countries in which they operate.

Franchisee Giving
Our franchisees operate thousands of quick service restaurants around the world. Those shops comprise a strong network of local businesses with valuable connections to neighborhoods, organizations and customers who are enthusiastic about our products and loyal to our brands. Our franchise owners play a special role in supporting local initiatives in their neighborhoods. Because our brands play such an important daily part in millions of lives, we are committed to continually supporting and participating in local communities.

Every day, Dunkin' Brands and hundreds of franchised shops contribute to the welfare of communities by supporting charitable programs and initiatives. Our involvement ranges from sponsorship of educational programs in local school systems to New England's multi-year support of the Jimmy Fund, to the sponsorship of Special Olympics, Little League, and AYSO soccer teams, to community walks and other fund raising events. In 2001 and 2002, Dunkin' Brands, its employees, and its franchisees donated funds, products, and services to help September 11 relief efforts.

Brand Giving

Dunkin' Donuts/Coffee Kids
In addition to a local charitable presence, Dunkin' Brands is committed to social responsibility in a broader sense. Dunkin' Donuts has entered a relationship with Coffee Kids, a nonprofit organization helping families in coffee-producing regions of Mexico and Central America. Our association with Coffee Kids furthers our mission of improving the quality of life of families living and working in coffee-growing communities around the world.

Baskin-Robbins
Through its four-year-old relationship with the non-profit organization Firstbook, Baskin-Robbins has underscored the importance of literacy in the United States and Canada. Through national donations and community-based efforts, nearly 1 million books have been distributed to children from low-income families. Baskin-Robbins' joint-venture partners and licensees around the world work with organizations to address needs in their own countries. Baskin-Robbins Japan has actively supported UNICEF and Baskin-Robbins Australia has raised money for Humor Foundation/Clown Doctors, a group that entertains sick and hospitalized children.

Togo's Habitat for Humanity
Togo's has joined Habitat for Humanity's cause to help eliminate poverty housing. Over the past two years, Togo's franchisees have donated thousands of sandwiches and refreshments to the organization's volunteers working to build homes for hundreds of families. Togo's is committed to helping Habit for Humanity improve neighborhood housing and family living situations in communities throughout California.

Donation Requests
Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, and Togo's franchisees are committed to being a part of the communities across the country in which our stores operate. As such, Dunkin' Brands and our franchisees give back to the communities in a variety of ways. If you are seeking a sponsorship or donation for a community event or fund-raiser, we suggest you first contact your local store owner(s). Please provide our franchisees with at least three weeks notice and understand that our franchisees receive a significant number of donation requests, so they are unable to honor every request they receive.
